BMP HERO Privacy Policy

The terms “we”, “us”, and “BMP HERO” refer to BMP HERO, LLC, a Nevada company with its headquarters in Reno, Nevada.

13. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

BMP HERO does not sell your personal information. 14. NEVADA RESIDENTS: YOUR NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Nevada law (SB 220) requires website operators to provide a way for Nevada consumers to opt-out of the sale of certain information. BMP HERO does not sell your personal information to third parties as defined by Nevada law.
